Step 1

INTRODUCTION

The first step in our process is an introductory phone call. During the call we'll discuss your timeline, service needs, and will schedule an estimate.

Step 2

ESTIMATE VISIT

On the scheduled date of your estimate, a team member will visit your home to discuss your project, take measurements, and photos.

Step 3

PROJECT PLANNING

Immediately following the estimate the team creates a project plan, visual blueprint, and selects potential options for a start date.

Step 4

QUOTE PRESENTATION

Within 24 hours of the estimate visit, we'll give you a call and send documents via email. During this call, we'll discuss the scope of work, review the blueprint, and provide a price point for your project. If a deposit is necessary, we'll also provide a payment link.

Step 5

PROJECT COMPLETION

Upon the project start date the team will arrive with all necessary tools and materials. Prior to breaking ground a team lead will provide a guided walkthrough to explain how and what work will be conducted.
